Hey Brian,

I have to be honest and tell you I went into this exercise with much apprehension, and was originally just trying to "get this off my to do list" because my manager "encouraged" me to do it.  Having been in sales for 20 years, I thought I knew all I needed to know about sales!  Sound familiar?

Well to my surprise, I thoroughly enjoyed every session and I really do feel like I will benefit from the course.  Many of the PRECISE steps I was already doing, but most the steps I was just leaving out of the call all together.

Over my 20 year career in Medical sales (Arrow, P&G, Pfizer, Cardiac Science) I have been through many sales courses (Solution Selling, Tom Hopkins, etc...). This by far was the most, enjoyable, and practical  course I have ever seen.  The way you use humor, video and short quizzes, really keeps it from becoming boring and mundane.  It also fits in well with my personality as well as my "non-pressurized" selling style.
